BAPPENAS Support Team

The Indonesia Infrastructure Initiative (IndII) wishes to appoint a Public Policy Specialist and a Program Management Specialist to provide long term policy and program management support to the Directorate for Public Private Partnership Development in BAPPENAS.
The Public Policy Specialist is a senior position requiring significant experience at senior levels in government and the private sector, in the formulation of infrastructure policy, strategic planning and the implementation of infrastructure projects and in the design of Public Private Partnership projects.
The Program Management Specialist will work under the direction of the Public Policy Specialist. This position requires experience in undertaking infrastructure program research and development, conducting reviews and assessments of PPP projects, and managing technical, administrative and logistical arrangements. Two years experience in a similar program management role is required.
Applicants for both positions must have:
* experience in working with Government of Indonesia departments and agencies;
* experience in working with international clients;
* a broad and detailed knowledge of the infrastructure sector in Indonesia; and
* excellent written and spoken English language skills.
