Service Improvement - Contract 1year
JOB SUMMARY :
This function is responsible for assisting head of Service Improvement for reporting and preparing document that related with metrics and procedures, and administrative tasking to support plan of department.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED :
1. Fresh Graduate - University degree preferably from Engineering or Science.
2. Must have strong logic in measurement and calculation.
3. Possesses good oral and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills.
4. Knowledge of reporting and writing of documentation.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS :
1. Prepare reporting and summary of metrics and service level to measure turn around time, productivity and quality of various business unit that needed for review frequently.
2. Prepares documentations and procedures for the business units being supported
3. Cooperate with business unit to provide information that related with reporting and procedure.
4. Cooperate with superior and analyst to follow up any activities that related with department planning.
