PT. Nutricia Indonesia Sejahtera – a Leading aggressive World Class Baby Nutrition Company is currently looking for the qualified candidate to become a part of Human Resources Department as a HR Executive based in Jakarta.

The incumbent will responsible for assissting Human Resources Director in managing Training & Organization Development function for the Company as well as providing recomendation and assisstance for other function in Human Resources department as requested.

HR EXECUTIVE

Job requirements:
To become a successful candidate you must have at least:

• Candidate must have with at least 3 year experience in Human Resources field. Preferably with multinational company.
  
• Bachelor Degree in Psychology or HR Management from reputable university
  
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written is a must
  
• Detail oriented person and able to work as a team
  
• Knowledge of multiple Human Resources disciplines
  
• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
