We are looking for suitable and experienced personnel to fill in the position:

HUMAN RESOURCE DEPT. HEAD

Responsibilities:

* Develop Human Resource Strategies & Planning to achieve corporate business objectives.
* Prepare & manage Man Power Planning & Budgeting, , career management
* Develop and Manage Compensation, Benefits & Retention Program
* Develop Performance Management system
* Develop & maintain HR procedures and regulations
* Developing & maintaining HRIS (HR Database)
* Maintain & Develop General HR Management (Payroll & Administration)
* Maintain a good Employee Relations

Qualifications:

* Male or Female, age max 38 years old
* Bachelor degree from Psychology, Law, Human Resources or other relevant discipline
* Minimum 5 years experiences in Human Resources & Development
* Experience in Competency Base Human Resources Management & Balance Scorecards is an advantages
* Computer literate is a must
* Experience in retail business will be an advantages
* Proficient in English verbal and written is a must
* Capable individual in planning, leadership and motivational skills
* Have an excellent interpersonal & communication skill
* Well understanding of Labor Law and its implementation
