* Having work experience in handling Improvement / Innovation min 1 year
* Strong analytical skill and problem solving method
* Get used to doing transfer knowledge/coaching
* Good teamwork & Excellent communication skill

Responsibilities

* Handle Legal Law Compliance
* Handle Termination Management

Requirements
