Position Available

1. Code A: IT Engineer & Network Solution
Plan, coordinate and control the activities of technical support for IT projects and network infrastructure both fixed and mobile telecommunications, which include technical proposals, product brochures, surveys, design and drafting BoQ for these products.
2. Code B: Partner Management Support
Plan, coordinate and control activities associated with managing partners, to evaluate the partners and seek new partners.
3. Code C: Commercial Pricing Manager
Leading the activities of analysis / pricing of commercial products (both goods and services) in pre-sales activities and financing and financial risk mitigation project to achieve the profit target company, creating / structuring price quote for a creative and innovative business model that will be offered to customers.
4. Code D: Hardware Developer
Planning, implementing and controlling the activities associated with the activity of making the application hardware and / or embedded systems, including capturing customer needs and pour in the User Requirement document, perform hardware design (schematics and PCB) and firmware for embedded systems and pour in the document design, design specification tests and perform tests against the system.
5. Code E: Software Developer
Planning, implementing and controlling the activities associated with the activity of making real-time software applications, including customer requirements capture and pour in the User Requirement document, do the designing software and pour in the design documents, design specifications and conduct tests to test the system.
6. Code F: Software / Database Engineer
Plan, implement and control activities related to manufacturing activity, especially Java software applications and / or PHP, and Oracle 10g databases, including customer requirements capture and pour in the User Requirement document, do the designing software and databases, learn the existing system, as well as pouring Design documents, designing test specifications and perform tests against the system.
7. Code G: Network Specialist

8. Code H: Repair Engineer
Planning, implementing and controlling the activities associated with electronic device repair activities, including reading and analyzing electronic circuits, the circuit re-engineering and reverse engineering tools.
9. Code I: Production Engineer
Plan, coordinate, and control the production process of telecommunications equipment, including process analysis, work methods, materials and product quality, as well as re-enginering products and production processes.
10. Code A: Testing / Quality Engineer
Plan, coordinate, and control of quality management for production activities ranging from component selection to final testing, inspection, repair and improvement of the quality of a production process.
11. Code K: Project Technical Support Engineer
Carry out activities related to the activities of technical support of mobile telecommunications projects, including activities of surveying, managing and pour the results in design, technical drawings and reports and present them, and help solving problems, especially related to design.
12. Code L: Outdoor / Indoor Plant Site Support Engineer
Plan, coordinate, implement and control activities associated with the activities of technical support of mobile telecommunications projects, including activities of surveying, managing and pour the results in design, technical drawings and reports and present them, and help solving problems, especially related design.
13. Code N: Project Planner
Plan and coordinate activities related to projects fixed telecommunications networks, including penusunan schedules, resource planning, planning and implementation of monitoring, recording and analysis of project progress.
14. Code O: Outdoor / Indoor Plant Project Site Supervisor
Implement monitoring and control of project implementation to fit the design, schedule, quality and budget has been established, reporting project progress, coordinate and supervise the work of partners.

General Requirements

1. Have good academic achievement in college that has a good reputation, both public universities, private accredited at least B, as well as foreign universities.
2. Able to communicate in English both oral and written.
3. Having a strong leadership base, capable of leading the team, at least in the meeting.
4. Having a sense of confidence and good communication skills, so it can build relationships, present ideas, and searching for information related to the job.
5. Ability to work in teams, cooperative and able to make active efforts in adjusting to respect the norms of the organization.
6. Able to show more effort and work hard with a customer-oriented (Customer Service Orientation).
7. Have the analytical skills and problem solving (problem solving), and the willingness to always learn new things.
8. Young, energetic and have high mobility, ready for any time traveling out of town.
9. Willing to sign a contract agreement for a maximum of 2 years and the Statement on Conflict of Interest if it fulfills the requirements & pass the selection process, and may be appointed as permanent employees if the company meets the terms and conditions thereafter.

Special Requirements

1. Code A
Minimum S1 majoring in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering / Telecommunication, master the basics of networking: switching & routing, network security, servers & operating systems, storage & database, communication protocol, preferably experience working in the field for more than 2 years, ready to assigned outside the city.
2. Code B
Minimum S1 majoring in Management / Business, master the basics of managing partner, to evaluate the partners and seek new partners, preferably experience working in the field for more than 2 years.
3. Code C
Minimum S1 majoring in Telecommunication Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Industrial Engineering, adept at using computer spreadsheet applications, fresh graduate or a maximum of 2 years working experience, preferably with insight about business models in the world of IT and Telecommunications, has the ability to speak Mandarin is a point that will be taken into account.
4. Code D
Minimum S1 majoring in Electrical Engineering, master the Linux Operating System, Windows CE, IP network control, microprocessor design, CAD (Computer Aided Design), C and C programming, preferably experience working in the field for more than a year.
5. Code E
Minimum S1 majoring in Informatics Engineering / Telecommunication, master the Operating System Unix, Linux, Windows, server administration and IP networks, programming in C, C + +, Java, PHP & database, preferably experience working in the field for more than a year.
6. Code F
Minimum S1 majoring in Informatics Engineering / Telecommunication / Electrical / Engineering Physics / Mathematics (who have an interest in the field of informatics), mastering the Java programming and / or PHP and Oracle database, preferably experience working in the field for more than a year, ready to be commissioned in out of town.
7. Code G
Minimum S1 majoring in Computer Engineering / Telecommunications / Electrical / Mechanical Physics (who have an interest in the field of computer networks), mastering the basics of networking: switching & routing, network security, servers & operating systems, storage & database, communication protocol, preferably certified CCNA and CCNP, preferably experience working in the field for over dari1 years, ready to be deployed outside the city.
8. Code H
Minimum S1 majoring in Electronic Engineering / Engineering Physics (who have an interest in the field of electronics), know the basic techniques, capable of analyzing, measuring and improving operating the device PDH and SDH radios, base stations and access networks, to understand the machine language programming.
9. Code I
Minimum S1 majoring in Industrial Engineering (who have an interest in the field of production of electronics and telecommunication devices).
10. Code J
Minimum S1 majoring in Engineering Electronics / Telecommunications / Engineering Physics (who have an interest in electronics and telecommunications), understanding the concept of ISO 9000/14000.
11. Code K, L, M, and N
D3/S1 majoring in Telecommunications Engineering / Electronics / Industrial Engineering (who have an interest in telecommunications), adept at using computer applications Office and Autocad, ready to be assigned to the project site (including outside Java and remote areas).
